If ordering currency from our website, only currency that is listed as available on our website can be ordered and is subject to currency availability. Orders must be collected on the same day; the exchange rate is only valid for the day it is quoted. Ensure you check branch opening times before placing the order. Currency ordered on the website can only be collected from our stores. We reserve the right to cancel and decline orders without providing a reason. By ordering currency online, you confirm that you have read and understood the terms and conditions & that all the details provided by you are correct.

When processing an online order, the order must be processed within 20 mins otherwise the order will time out and the order will have to be placed again. If you make any mistakes while processing the order, these must be corrected before the order the been completed. Please email Swift Forex Ltd for correcting any mistakes once the order has been placed. Rates my differ from what is offered online and the rate of exchange at the branch. A maximum of £2500 can be ordered online for collection in-store. For larger amounts, contact the store beforehand. When orders are placed online, an email confirmation of receipt will be sent. Orders placed online must be paid for at the branch, they cannot be paid for via the website. You may cancel the order at any time prior to collection by emailing: knkflights@hotmail.co.uk.The cancellation of an order does not affect your statutory rights.

When buying or selling your currency with us, you certify that you have read and understood these online terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them as well as by all applicable laws and regulations. Customers are urged to count their change and obtain a receipt for any foreign currency transactions before leaving the counter. Any subsequent shortage or customer claim is not the responsibility of Swift Forex Ltd or its staff. Any money provided to the client in error or as a result of oversight may be recovered by Swift Forex Ltd.

Completion of the order is confirmation that the customer has accepted the legality of the transaction and that the rate of exchange has been accepted by the customer.

By completing a currency exchange transaction, you confirm that all of the details provided to Swift Forex Ltd are correct and accurate.

Foreign exchange transactions processed cannot be cancelled. Any currency that the customer has bought or sold can only be returned or bought back through a new transaction at the current market rate.

In relation to any customs requirements in relation to the UK and the countries you are visiting, you take sole responsibility for this.

Swift Forex Ltd is indemnified against any mistakes or losses resulting from a transaction and in relation to any events outside of the control of Swift Forex Ltd (force majeure).

Complaints must be reported to Swift Forex Ltd within 14 days of the foreign exchange transaction being processed or the issue occurring. Complaints in relation to the foreign Exchange service provided by Swift Forex Ltd will be investigated with an aim to resolve the issue immediately. If this is not possible, the final response will be provided within 14 days and in a few cases within 30 days.

In order to fulfill your order and/or to meet regulatory requirements, we reserve the right to ask for further information from you at any time. In this regard, at specific thresholds, identification documents will be required to be provided. At £3000 and above, a valid ID will be required with a valid ID and proof of address (dated within the last three months) required for transactions of £5000 and above. We may also require ID at lower thresholds, ensure you keep your ID documents with you when you visit the location to conduct the transaction.

Further documentation may be also requested which can include a request for source of funds and source of wealth. Swift Forex Ltd reserves the right to take copies of ID documents.

In order to comply with legislation, we may also use your personal information to conduct additional checks as a part of our customer due diligence checks including background checks (we may use a third-party provider to conduct these checks). We will utilize a number of techniques to verify each transaction, and we have the right to refuse to process your order or any portion of it at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to refuse and reject orders without giving a reason, and where clients have already made the payment, refunds will be given.
